The MRA Development Board is a sub-committe of MEC responsible for managing, on behalf of MEC, change management and issue resolution under clauses 9 and 10 of the MRA. MDB has the option of convening Issue Resolution Expert Group (IREG) meetings to assist them with issue resolution.
Voting MDB members are appointed by MEC and consist of:
- not more than 7 Supplier members;
- not more than 4 Distribution Business members; and
- a BSC member.
Non-voting members include Gemserv, Ofgem and any other experts or observers invited by MDB.
MDB meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month.
