Guidelines give guidance on market level processes within the GB Electricity Retail Market (not mandatory) and can be downloaded below.
Please see a list of all the current Guideline documents. Changes to Guidelines are agreed at monthly MRA Development Board meetings although changes do not go through the Change Management process.
