Executive SummaryA number of issues have been raised recently regarding the passing of information between parties. These include inappropriate escalation, contacts being incorrect, and some areas not being covered on the MRASCo Website. Contacts made to the Helpdesk also indicate that some parties find it difficult to locate the correct information on the website. In addition to the above, some parties have stated that the current process for updating the website and providing feedback may not be as effective as it might be. These issues lead to delays in resolution of operational issues between parties and increased numbers of escalations to Contract Managers as well as increased traffic to the Helpdesk and with an increasing number of new entrants joining the market, this issue may become more apparent unless addressed.
