The Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES) Data Protection Act (DPA) message currently limits access to the full data to a person with “the Customer’s or registered Supplier’s permission”. There are industry processes such as Working Practice (WP) 145 - Resolution of Meter Information Mapped to Wrong Premises that require access to the full data that are not within the scope of the current DPA message.
