Executive Summary
Following on from the completion of a recent ECOES PIA one recommendation made was that the customer letters that are able to be produced by MPAS Providers and Distribution Businesses should be reviewed and remove historical customer letters. Whilst a review of the letter production needs to be carried out and agreement as to what happens with the historic information given potential impacts of the pending General Data Protection Regulation, there is an opportunity to check with parties as to whether the services will be required going forward given that DNOs may have their own online services to provide letters and information to consumers.Change History
