Executive Summary

The escalation procedure as set out under MAP10 shows the MRA Supplier Contract Manager as the highest responsibility level of contact once the specified number of escalated Working Days has expired. However, there is currently no specified number of Working Days by which the MRA Supplier Contract Manager should arrange resolution of the query.  In some cases, these escalated queries remain unresolved for prolonged periods of time.
