Executive Summary

The quality of Customer Contact information held on our priority services register is not up to the required standard leading to problems when we want to contact customers. We believe the process of transferring information between Parties needs to be reviewed by IREG and, if necessary, updated to ensure it is as efficient as possible. An example of an issue currently causing problems to WPD is set out below.We anticipate other Parties will also have issues and consider a full review of the processes would be beneficial.
