Executive SummaryA number of instances have been raised were a new connection has been set up with a GSP Group that has later been found to be incorrect. In some cases these issue are coming to light over 14 months after the event. This leads to problems in that settlements for these could already have been finalised and also customers are likely to have been either over or under billed. In these cases as MPAN is not being hanged it is not a case of change of Distribution business but solely a change of GSP Group, and change of LLFC.
