Green Deal Expert Group (GDEG)

The Green Deal Expert Group is a sub-committee of the MRA executive Committee (MEC) established to assist in developing necessary changes to the MRA and MRA Products to support the continual development of the Green Deal Central Charge (GDCC) database and its governance.

The GDEG had a key role in ensuring that the GDCC was successfully implemented for January 2013 and continues to manage the development of changes going forward.

GDEG Objectives

The objectives of the group are to:

  • Draft revisions to the MRA and MRA related products in relation to Green Deal Matters, as requested by MEC or MDB;
  • Support appropriate joint working arrangements with the GDAA Panel as required under the MRA;
  • Develop and propose revised drafting to GDCC related technical documents including but not limited to the User Requirement Specifications for that application; and
  • Propose timeframes and techniques for testing and implementing changes related to Green Deal Matters.

GDEG Meeting Frequency

Meetings convene when required (at least once a month).
